These terms apply when you shop on the Reset Athleisure online store. By placing an order you agree to them, together with our FAQ and our Privacy policy.

Orders
- When you place an order you get an order confirmation email. The contract is formed when we confirm your order.
- We may cancel an order, and refund anything you have paid, if an item is out of stock, if a price was shown in error, or if payment is not received in time.
- You can change or cancel your order before it ships. Message our Facebook page as soon as possible.
Prices and payment
- Prices are in Philippine pesos (₱). Shipping fees, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
- You can pay with the methods shown at checkout: credit and debit cards, GCash, GrabPay and BillEase through HitPay, or BPI online banking through PayMongo. You pay when you place your order.
- Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after 60 minutes.
Shipping and delivery
We ship nationwide with J&T Express. Metro Manila and Luzon usually take 1 to 5 days, Visayas and Mindanao 3 to 7 days. These are estimates, not guarantees. Please check that your address and mobile number are correct; we cannot be responsible for delays caused by wrong delivery details.
Exchanges
- Exchanges for a different size or style are possible on items that are unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with the original tag and packaging. The original item must reach us before we send the exchange.
- Each item can be exchanged once, depending on available stock. Items from an exchange cannot be exchanged again.
- Bodysuits and coords that include a bra or bralette cannot be exchanged.
- Shipping costs for exchanges are paid by the buyer, and price differences are not refunded.
- To start an exchange, message our Facebook page and we will send you the steps.
If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, message us with photos as soon as possible and we will make it right. These terms do not limit your rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394).
Products, colours and sizes
We show our products as accurately as we can, but colours can look slightly different because of lighting and screen settings, and small design details may vary. Measurements in our size guide may differ slightly from piece to piece.
Promotions
Sales, discount codes and giveaways run for the period stated and may have their own conditions. We may end or change a promotion at any time, but orders already confirmed keep the price you paid.
Our content
The photos, text, logos and designs on this store belong to Reset Athleisure. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
Liability
We do our best to keep the store running and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown when you place your order applies to that order.
