This policy explains what personal data Reset Athleisure collects when you visit our online store or shop with us, why we collect it, who we share it with and the rights you have under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
Who we are
Reset Athleisure (“we”, “us”) runs this online store and decides how your personal data is used. You can reach us at any time using the details at the end of this page.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, delivery address, mobile number, email address, the items you order and your order notes.
- Payment details: the payment method you choose and whether your payment went through. Card, GCash, GrabPay, BillEase and BPI online banking payments are handled by our payment providers; we never see or keep your full card number or your banking login.
- Messages: what you send us by Messenger, email or phone, for example about sizes, orders or exchanges.
- Reviews: the name, rating and text you post in a product review, and the email address you enter with it (not shown publicly).
- Account details: if you have an account with us, your name, email address and password (stored encrypted) and your order history.
- Technical data: your IP address, browser type and the pages you open, kept in our hosting provider’s server logs for security, plus the cookies described in our Cookie policy.
Why we use it
- To take, pack and deliver your order, and to send you order and shipping emails.
- To confirm your payment and to handle cancellations and exchanges.
- To answer your questions and give customer support.
- To keep the store secure and to prevent fraud.
- To keep sales records that tax and accounting rules require.
- To send you news and offers, only if you ask for them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
We use your data because it is needed to fulfil your order, because the law requires it, because we have a legitimate interest in running a safe store, or because you agreed to it.
Who we share it with
We share only what each partner needs to do its job:
- J&T Express, our courier: your name, delivery address and mobile number.
- HitPay and PayMongo, our payment providers: the details needed to process your payment, such as your name, email address, mobile number and the order amount.
- Hostinger, our web host: it stores our website and its data and sends our emails.
- Google Maps: the map on our Contact page loads from Google, which receives your IP address and may set its own cookies.
- Government authorities, when the law requires us to.
We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Messages are kept for as long as we need them to help you. Account details are kept until you ask us to close your account. Server logs are deleted automatically after a short time.
How we protect it
Our store runs over a secure (HTTPS) connection, access to order data is limited to our team, and we use our providers’ security measures. No system is perfectly secure, so please tell us straight away if you think your data has been misused.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to:
- be informed about how your personal data is used;
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- object to its use, for example for marketing;
- have it corrected if it is wrong or incomplete;
- have it blocked or deleted when it is no longer needed or was used unlawfully;
- receive a copy in a common electronic format (data portability);
- claim damages if you were harmed by unlawful use of your data; and
- file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.

Children
Our store is meant for adults. If you are under 18, please shop with a parent or guardian.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
