Please review our Terms and Conditions / Shopping Guidelines before placing an order. By submitting an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with our Payment, Shipping, and Return/Exchange policies.
- Select a product category from the shop menu.
- Click on the product you want to see in detail. On the product screen, you can view the product details, price, available colors, pictures when worn, and product availability.
- Once you’re ready to order, select the color, size, and quantity of the product you’d like to buy, then click Add to Cart. It will be placed in your cart where you can review your order.
- You can go back to the products page to browse for more clothes and repeat the process of adding them to your cart.
- If you are done shopping, select Checkout and you will be redirected to our checkout page.
- On the checkout page, fill in the necessary details, tick the box to request an invoice, and select your preferred mode of payment.
- Click Submit and proceed to complete your payment.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, changing or cancelling your order is possible as long as it has not yet been shipped. Please contact us through our Facebook page to accommodate your concerns.
What courier are you using for shipping my orders?

Where do you ship?
We offer nationwide shipping. Please note that shipping times and fees may vary by location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use your tracking number on the J&T Express tracking page to monitor your package.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days upon delivering the package. Items must be in their original packaging, and for sanitary purposes, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- No return, No exchange policy: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, the originally purchased item must first be returned to us in its original condition before we can process the exchange.
- One-time Exchange policy: Items that have already been exchanged will not be entertained. Items acquired from an exchange will not be allowed for another exchange.
- Our company reserves the right to reject or decline an exchange request if the above conditions have not been met.

Can I return or refund items if they don’t fit?
Reset Athleisure allows exchanges for a different size or style, provided that the item is returned within three (3) days from the date of delivery and remains in good condition — unworn, undamaged, and with its original tag and packaging intact.
Please note that exchanges can only be made for available on-hand items at the time of the request. To ensure product quality and safety, certain items are non-exchangeable: Bodysuits, and Coords that include Bras or Bralettes.
All shipping costs incurred during the return or exchange process will be shouldered by the buyer. Any price differences between exchanged items are non-refundable. The estimated delivery lead time for local orders is 7–10 business days.

Regarding Possible Color and Design Variations
Please note that the color of the product may vary slightly from photos due to lighting conditions during photography or differences in monitor/screen settings. Some design details may also differ slightly from the images. These variations are beyond our control. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept that minor color or design discrepancies may occur. Reset Athleisure will not accommodate refunds or exchanges based solely on these differences.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
You can visit our Facebook page and message us directly so we can start the process and provide instructions.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or GCash. Payments must be settled within 48 hours (or 2 working days, Monday–Friday) after placing the order. Orders without confirmed payment within this period will be automatically cancelled.

How do I know the right sizes?
We include a size chart with each product when you purchase it from our shop. Please note that there may be minimal differences based on actual measurements.
- Go to our Track Your Order page.
- Enter your Order ID — you can find this number in the order confirmation email you received after checkout.
- Type in the Billing Email Address you used during your purchase.
- Click Track to view your order details, including order status, date, and items purchased.
- If your order is already shipped, the status will show as Completed. If it’s still being prepared, it may show as Processing or Pending Payment.
- For any shipping or tracking updates (if applicable), you’ll also receive notifications via email once your order is dispatched.
